This calibration is composed in 2 parts.

- Calibration Points
Above 660°C, probes with lenght below 300 mm can not be calibrated.
Calibration uncertainty will be more important above 250°C for probes with length below 400mm.
In bath or dry blocks with 3 uncertainty levels.
Calibration uncertainties are depending on thermocouple type and uncertainty level. Thermocouples must be calibrated with their extension wires or compensation wires.

Out of COFRAC accreditation.
A temperature profile at the bottom of insert on 20mm, on the higher temperature point.

Logger must be sent with the esploitation software and serial link.
Calibration must be performed in a bath in a waterproof bag.Uncertainty is about 0,1°C, plus the stability of the sensor and the logger resolution.Temperature range is -6°C to 100°C. Waterproof loggers can go up to 250°C.

OUT OF COFRAC ACCREDITATION.
Only sensors supporting a low exposition to oil fumes can be calibrated at temperature above 100°C (250°C max).
Temperature test report. Test against a standard, a reference : this reference can be the instrument user manual, a datasheet, a standard ( EN60751, EN60584-2 ... ) or anything else.
A correspondance table is supplied, degree by degree, establishing deviations against display, or the standard (EN60751, EN60584-2 ).

- Acknowledgment
Ackowledgment will determine the calibration uncertainty level. At Level 1, measurements are calibrated centering the input valueagainst ranges limits.
- Performance
Performance corresponds to a domain and is composed by 5 points.La mise en oeuvre correspond à un domaine et comprend
l'étalonnage de cinq points. Seven domains are belonging to our calibration spectrum.domaines entrent
dans le cadre de l'accréditation :
- DC Voltage
- Thermocouple calibration with external CJC
- Thermocouple calibration with internal CJC ( type
J, K, T, S, N or E )
- DC Current
- resistance DCrésistance en courant
continu
- Voltage AC
- AC current
A performance is engaged for each domain.
Other calibration domains can also be proposed such voltage sources, capacitance, frequency, after discussion with our metrology department.

| Standard resistor or shunt calibration |
Calibration is performed in air (20A max for shunts).
A calibration and a verification will be performed following a program designed by our Calibration laboratory and our R&D department.
The calibration uncertianty is adjsuted to the instrument specifications. In case of non conformity, an adjustment can be performed. On request , a calibration after adjustment can also be performed.
Electrical test report
Two documents can be edited after a calibration.
A test report, with a verdict and/or a calibration certificate
The test report will indicate a verdict: pass/fail according to the original specifications. The values observed during calibration will be indicated.
A detailed program is available on request
Calibration and test report edition are realized according to french standard NFX 07-011. Instruments used for measuring are traceable to National standards. This traceability is proof is supplied with test report.
The test report will show a conformity of the instrument to the manufacturer specifications. in case of non-conformity, we can adjust the instrumentaccording to the original specifications.
