| AOIP presents a new range of three documenting process multifunction simulators with ATEX ability to complete its range of field instruments. Use CALYS 60 IS / 80 IS / 120 IS calibrators to accurately perform, with one single instrument, all field and lab measurements in hazardous (ATEX approval - II 1G EEx ia IIC T4 (-20°C Tamb +50°C) X) or non hazardous areas. |

New flexible and stand-alone data acquisition modules: FRONTDAQ 5 / 10 / 15 |
AOIP presents a new generation of fast (470 Hz/channel) and flexible data acquisition modules to be used in the field and on test benches. 3 different models are available with 5, 10 or 15 universal synchronized inputs for temperature, resistance (Up to 200 KΩ), voltage (Up to 100 V), current (0-20 mA) and frequency / counting (Up to 10 KHz). |
| All necessary configuration and management software (WEB server technology) are embedded into the plug-and-play system and allow real time and remote control of the acquisition through any web browser: Setup, start, result display, monitoring and data exportation. |

Accurate monitoring and flexibility are ensured with AOIP new FD loggers by:
- The presence of four limits per channel
- An unlimited number of calculation channels available
- 1 analogue 0 / 10 V outputs
- 1 24 Vdc output (to supply up to five 4-20 mA sensors)
- 2 output relays
- 5 TTL inputs/outputs

As stand-alone modules, FD 5 / 10 / 15 loggers have batteries, an embedded flash memory completed by SD card and USB drive slots. Two additional slave modules can be connected to the main module to extend the number of inputs available.
Flexibility is also ensured in terms of communication modes: Ethernet, USB, RS 232, RS 485 or WIFI using external access point. |

| Buyout of EUROTRON assets by ASGARD |
| May 2010 - ASGARD announces it has completed the buyout of EUROTRON assets , a former competitor of AOIP. Since then and with the support of the group counting over 180 people, the company could restart its activities and do all necessary improvements. |

| Restarting industrial activities with the support of ASGARD |
| ASGARD group is already experienced in instrumentation with AOIP and shares this knowledge with EUROTRON, as well as all resources and investments. After several months of hard work in R & D and production teams to modernize and set up new processes, the production of EUROTRON instruments could be restarted in the historical headquarters of the company in Milano, Italy, together with ASGARD existing plant in Honfleur, France. ASGARD plant is indeed specialized in electronics and therefore supports now EUROTRON with the production and supply of electronic sub modules, while EUROTRON plant continues assembling and testing the instruments. |

On November 22nd, 2010, EUROTRON Instruments SRL has decided to entrust all international sales activities (outside Italy) of all its products and associated services to its sister company, AOIP SAS. Established in 1896, AOIP SAS has shown its experience and know-how in the instrumentation business. From now, AOIP's experienced techinal and sales team dedicated to international sales offers EUROTRON customers and partners its support in terms of:
